Hi! I'm Erin McCarthy, Ph.D.
I'm a Certified Mindfulness Coach and Trainer, Philosophical Counsellor, award winning professor, author, and mama of twin tweens. An educator for over two decades, I now use evidence based techniques to work with women to help them live a life of flourishing. I know first hand the transformative power of mindfulness and self-compassion to help people heal from stress, anxiety and burnout - be it physical, emotional or mental. In my classes and with my 1:1 coaching clients I use a trauma informed approach to help people heal and become their most calm, confident, capable selves.
